I did not like front office working hours 8-5:30. You have to show up in this time to checkin . They provide you room number after office hours but have to checkin next day in their office hours. We had plans starting from sunrise to sunset every day so we had to cancel one activity just to checkin. It was very inconvenient. Beyond that a positive stay.

Very frustrating everyday having to prove you are a resident at the hotel for any entrance to the pool / bathroom to get pool towels etc. there were times my girlfriend and I were swimming in the pool and the hotel staff would approach us asking for us to provide our room number to prove we belonged in the pool. Did not feel like we were on a relaxing vacation felt more like we were under pressure to prove we paid money to stay here. Would not recommend. The 808 grocery store staff was nice. Beach area was nice as well

The property was a great place to stay. The beach are was great. They had to shut off water for maintenance. I understand the need but caused some inconvenience. It was not easy to watch local news or any descent entertainment on the TV. I would recommend this place

Better Than It May Look

It didn’t look like the prettiest hotel you’ve ever seen but it was clean and right on the beach wasn’t a lot of info about what hotel offered really we stumbled by accident and found out we can power snorkel right downstairs. Yoga on the beach was fun until tree trimmers came 25 mins in and we had to move inside yoga instructor had a bit of a hard side to her she wasn’t the friendliest person and didn’t seem to be open to all AGES and levels attending her class and she said as much making a big deal of the YOUNG PEOPLE that attended her class the day I did she even changed the beginner class to her next level turns out they were really no more advanced than me.
