Return visit. Very clean and comfortable room, looked recently decorated. Walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast not included but cafe nearby.

This the 2nd time we have stayed at this motel. We travel frequently between Tulsa, OK and Fresno, CA and Kingman is a convienent location for us to stop over. Unfortunately on this trip we were rushing back to Oklahoma, so we arrived late and left early. The room was clean. The young woman who checked us in (and out) was very nice. My only complaint this time was that the ice machine was not dispensing ice. It may be that all the other guests had already used all of the ice before we got there and it haden't had time to make more, but it wasn't a major issue. Price is right, beds are comfy because of these 2 things we will stay again.

Quick and easy check-in, very friendly staff at this family-managed inn. Parking right outside our door. The room and bathroom for immaculate, comfortable bed. Heater worked instantly and well. A great overnight stay.

Quiet and clean as I remembered from last time, but coffee table instead of full height table I remembered and the bathroom switch had both the light and the fan together (good for maintenance but not comfortable/drafty when taking a shower)

The room was clean and seemed to have new bed covering. Staff was friendly helpful.AC worked fine. Because of outside renovations, scaffolding was right outside our room and next to our vehicle. That made us a bit uncomfortable. Have stayed several times and parking has never been an issue.
