a new rather modern structure..this is usually a good sign...motels do not age well. Upkeep is usually at a minimum. This was a new clean unit.

My only complaint is the design of the shower. It is impossible for housekeeping to scrub it without getting into the shower. Horrible design and the trays shows wear and caulking is a night mare.
