Restaurant food was really good and waitress was great. The hotel is poorly maintained. Room was dirty. Bed had a fitted sheet only on the bottom and it was too small. Bathroom tap didn’t have hot water, shower leaked on the floor. Bathroom ceiling was drop ceiling, with mould and rust. Stained wallpaper on walls. Light shades were stained. Curtains off the hooks. Fridge had rust. Complimentary breakfast was horrible. Food wasn’t kept warm, limited options, some food was left uncovered and there were flies in the area. Multiple “Bollywood” parties / activities that were super noisy. They might as well have been in our room. Our room faced the courtyard and the sliding door let in all of the noise.

Mediocre Stay

Whole place very dated decor. Room okay, beds comfy, great shower pressure. Pool good temp, hot tub alittle too hot. Very slippery tiles in pool area. Complimentary breakfast very poor, was there for 2, & not much too each, everything had run out, no juices, milk, bread, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, sausages…. Had to wait for stuff to be cooked. Yogurt never was restocked. Had one young woman, running breakfast. She was near tear tears with everyone mad at her. Complained to front desk, no manager available, no compensation.

Apologies but this room was a disaster. The decor was ancient and was very dirty. The curtains were from different sets and did not close properly. The couch was avoided and the carpet (which could not be avoided) was scary and our socks stayed on at all times. The tub did not drain while using it so we had to shower in ankle deep water.

The bathroom had what looked like black mold on the ceiling tile above the shower, the bathroom floor was not cleaned well in months and the dirt was pushed into the corners- dust over the lamps and other obvious areas. The towel rod was covered in rust. The TV was blue because they had either sprayed it or cleaned it with chemical. They had options for breakfast and the bed was reasonable. The manager was seen and heard tearing into their cleaning staff in the hallways when we were checking out.

Staff especially cleaning staff was excellent with their communication and did the absolute best cleaning with the conditions of the hotel. Hotel itself is run down and needs plumbing work and new mattresses and pillows. Staff made the stay enjoyable! Good work with employees

My group and I stayed here for only one night. We had reserved a room with two queen beds but were checked into a room with double beds instead. No accommodations were made. We also required a cot which was on a gurney and not a platform. It was springy, thin, and uncomfortable. In terms of the included breakfast, it was incredibly average. Nothing special. The drinks such as water or milk were in pitchers without lids which felt unsanitary. We opted to wait for a brand new pitcher to be brought out before we had any water. I personally did not go in the pool, but other members of my party mentioned that the water had a green hue to it. The hotel itself also had a strong smell of chlorine due to the rooms being around the pool. The room itself, however, did not smell of chlorine. If you want to avoid having the smell enter the room, keep the balcony door closed. Overall, the staff is very welcoming and kind, but the hotel itself is nothing short of average. For a one night pit stop, it fulfilled our needs, but I do not recommend staying here for an extended amount of time. It definitely did not exceed our expectations, but it did the job. Average, or even below average is the only word to describe it.
