Very clean room, good breakfast. Only used the sauna but unfortunately the temperature thermostat is preset and can not be modified and it was not hot enough for an enjoyable experience.

Breakfast is very good hot and already for when you get up. Let you know what time is ready and when it’s close. Friendly staff will to help you out as you stay at this hotel and pool area and hot tub and work out places is wonderful too

This hotel is a great location walking to stores and restaurants. We had a two bedroom spacious and clean. The breakfast is included and it has a variety of hot and cold. I gave the food only a 4 because the warm food a bit dried out. Very friendly staff. You should stay here!!!

It was amazing up until our last night. Hockey children were running amok in the hallways and we tried repeatedly to phone down to the front desk to complain. All we got was a busy signal. Children’s hockey teams should be booked to their own floor with no other guests.

The hotel was fine but there was leftover half eaten chocolate bar left in room from a previous guest, our tv did not work and I paid extra for parking and then ended up needing to park far away on the street as the lot was completely filled. When I went in to address my issue of not finding a spot I was told just park on the street somewhere. I realize the Santa clause parade was that day but that is precisely why I paid for parking so that I would not have to hunt around for 45 minutes looking for a spot.
