Our room & bed were very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great. Omelets were made to order and the fresh, homemade muffins were delicious. The Manager, receptionist and Carol, the cook, were exceptional. Would stay again and recommend this hotel very highly.

Same old smelly and outdated rooms from like late 80,s Hallways reak and hot Ac in rooms barely function Breakfast staff never showed up and seemed like they did not actually want to provide food at hotel We waited like 15 xtra mins and had to go out and buy brekfest Just seems like owners are super cheap! Go down the road to comfort or anywhere else modern, do jot waste time or money here

The breakfast was really good and the staff were great! Omelette Bar made to custom was a pleasant surprise, even though decor is dated it was clean and well run. We would stay again if we are in Terrace. We enjoyed our stay. Can’t say much about the area as Terrace is still going through a slow transition. But BWH is trying here.

It’s was ok , not the greatest best western we have stayed in. Just couldn’t figure out the very stupid TV set up Called the front desk for help was told the guy would be there in a few minutes, never showed up.you should have written instructions for us not to smart older people
