Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille! Le buffet était vraiment excellent, beaucoup de choix et tout était délicieux. J’avais lu certains commentaires disant que le personnel n’était pas très souriant, mais de notre côté nous avons trouvé tout le monde extrêmement gentil, accueillant et serviable. Une mention toute spéciale à Alicia au buffet, une vraie perle, qui nous a servis bien au-delà de nos attentes. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons eu un petit pépin avec notre chambre à l’arrivée, mais l’hôtel a réglé la situation le jour même et a été très compréhensif face au contexte, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. On voyait aussi qu’ils étaient en train d’aménager un petit espace pour les enfants — ce sera vraiment un bel ajout une fois terminé, car c’est la seule chose qui manquait au resort pour être parfait pour les familles. La seule chose que je recommanderais aux familles avec enfants : apporter des souliers d’eau lorsque vous visitez Bonaire! Nous recommandons sans hésiter et nous reviendrions avec plaisir! 🌴✨

There was not enough staff to accommodate the guests. Food was flavorful but no variety at all.Every the food was pretty much the same. Food often was gone, finished and we are talking early into the opening of the buffet. Many days there were people with a one day pass and often were rude and made it so the hotel guests had no chairs at the beach or pool and made the service for drinks and food even worse. I have been to this resort multiple times. But definitely won’t be back. Worsted experience out of all my visits. The other big issue is that most of the staff did not speak English . Very hard to communicate.

I loved everything about this resort. Stayed 4 days during Christmas I got a brand new room , Gorgeous The food was not diverse but very good quality and tasty The stuff is great. Free snorkeling is a bonus. Definitely coming back.

The room was quaint however the entire 5 days there was no warm or hot water so it was challenging to take a shower after the beach and swimming pool. The staff was nice although activities were not really communicated to know what was available. There was confusion around check out, payment, and luggage pickup. All of which is documented within their system yet confusion during checkout and departure.

The location is between airport and cruise terminal- perfect! Taxi ride from airport without any prior reservations only $15. It would be nice if resort would provide “free shuttle “ since it is like 10 minutes drive.. The guest dest stuff was great and very helpful! We stayed in older section of the resort, but it was the perfect location! Next to the pool, restaurant and beach! Room was a bit outdated, but seems like the resort is already did renovations for the rest of the property, and only few buildings left, so maybe next time, it would be very modern! The best thing is the room was a close dry rack! For Dive resort- it is amazing little item that makes entire stay more enjoyable!!!! I hope after the renovation, the property still provides that in the new rooms( and they look so nice and modern) The Dive shop is amazing!!! Everything logically and strategically located! Thank you Dive team! Noah, Steve, Reome( I probably botched his name- Sorry!!) Meara and Lau are very helpful no matter what time of the day it is!!! The food was amazing and the stuff was very helpful! I was surprised that restaurant opened to everyone- with wristband at the front desk, but all inclusive was well worth for us.. at the time we stayed, price for the breakfast was around $24, lunch $48-50, and dinner approximately $85 The only our disappointment was that not the front dest ( in lost-found bin) or even ther gift store- did not sell “ travel essential” we had to walk to town..

Room was clean, it had ample space and our view was good. We stayed in the 2-room rooms. This wasn’t a bother but not having a method to contact the front desk is very odd being so far away. Maybe consider having a small service desk for this area. Also, our elevator didn’t work, but we didn’t need it. Restaurant food was good. Bar drinks were good. Pool can get busy during the day. It would be nice to have a pool table for teenagers to handout at. I would have like to look out over the upper balcony area, maybe that can be an open bar / hangout when not in use. Workers were all very nice and easy to work with. We will recommend this hotel to others.

Place is in renovation since last year … there is construction everywhere. Very dirty yard. Rooms are clean, front desk staff was arrogant, one of the girls ask me to dress up in the lobby, while I left the pool to request a new key because my was not working.. this is a Caribbean Island and the pool is right by the lobby . Her attitude was unacceptable. Buffet is simple , restaurant staff are great !
