The location of the hotel cannot be any more perfect, it's literally right in the center of the heart beat of KL beside the pavilion mall and metro line. Due to its location its loud and very busy all day and night. However, the hotel is definitely dated and needs work but the location cannot be beat.

Didnt have any hard pillows tgat I'd requested fir my bad back. Asked for an hour extension for check-out but told i will be charged. I have stayed in this hotel in the past but i won't anymore. Furthermore, hotel is old and looks rundown. Food options are almost non existent.

This is a very central hotel in the Pavillion area and the price is a little higher accordingly. Staff very helpful. Room good although it seems there are Deluxe and ANSA Deluxe rooms. The latter have apparently been renovated. I have one of the slightly cheaper Deluxe rooms. Still nice but I expect it will be in line for an upgrade.
