Very dirty hotel, there are a few spider webs on the wall, bathroom is outdated, bathtub isn’t property maintained, paint is all over edges of bathtub. There’s a distinct mold smell, couldn’t sleep at night. For the same price there are lots of options, swimming pool is next to rooms, very loud in the morning. There should be no guest rooms on 2nd floor. It’s dusty overall, and I found a piece of hair on a covered glass in bathroom. Ewwwww ☹️☹️☹️

When we 1st saw the exterior of the hotel, we were having thoughts of old and run down. However, it immediately changes when we enter the main lobby. It was beautiful and clean. I will recommend it to friends

The rooms should be updated. I like that there’s enough lighting. The first room given us was a deluxe king @ 9th floor that smelled urine and looked not properly cleaned. I appreciate very much that we were upgraded to their executive floor that’s more “livable.” We like its walking distance to Petronas and Suria KLCC and close to restaurants. The staffs are polite, kind and very professional. The vicinity is alright but beggars sleep at the bridge connecting the hotel and path to Suria.
