Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and the staff were welcoming. The amenities were functional, tea and coffee machine wee provided, but no coffee pods. The Aircon unit was quite loud and struggled with temps setting below 23. The Ceylon restaurant which ran the breakfast was a let own in terms of a la carte service, and the buffet breakfast was limited. The hotel reception provided great service and arranged a late check out. They also provided with a luggage storage facility. Overall experience was good.

Excellent value for money, room was clean & we had a great view. If you are after fancy then this is not the place for you. We found everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Don't bother buying breakfast as it is overpriced &.food was cold. There is plenty of lovely local cafes close by. We look forward to staying again when in KL next time.

Ramada Suites by Wyndham KLCC is a great option for staying close to Kuala Lumpur’s main attractions. The location is excellent — within walking distance to KLCC, Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC Mall, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The suite-style rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making the stay feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The kitchenette and seating area were especially convenient for longer stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well air-conditioned.

Hotel rooms were nice but room service was slow and not as thorough as experienced else we had 3 people in a room and had yo keep asking for a 3rd towel. But reception was otherwise helpful with room upgrades and putting an extra bed in room

The hotel was in a great position, staff were friendly and helpful, however the places needs an update. Unlike other hotels I stayed at in Malaysia, this hotel room did not have a water filter, buffet breakfeast was limited in options for westerner and some faculties needed maintenance, such as the gym and pool.

Not even 3 star, no shaver socket or bathtub!

We checked in late in the night. Next morning tried to address the concerns with management in writing and didn't really get a response until 2 days later. Spoke to reception and they offered a different room but that was no better so we decided not to go through the hassle of moving rooms. 1. There's only one bathroom between 4 people. 2. The bathroom was really unhygienic. There was seepage in the ceiling and mould in the shower tiles grouting. The toilet roll was so far back on the left side it was difficult to reach while on the pot and this is probably why the holder was broken so the roll kept falling off. 3. The first night we arrived the bed linen smelt used, it was disgusting. The pillowcases were yellowing. It was better after room service but their pillow cases are definitely really old/used and are not the same shade as the sheets so keep looking yellow which is unpleasant. 4. The rug in both rooms especially the one we stayed in was disgusting. It had different coloured stains and dirt all over it. Even after multiple days of room service it didn't look like it even had been vacuumed. I used a sheet to cover it so we could sit in that area. 5. We went down to check the pool and it was closed, the furniture was really dirty and old. The pool was really small and definitely not as shown in the photos. Please see my pics. 6. After the written complaint was acknowledged they tried to clean the seepage and it smelt so bad! The beds were comfy and location was good.
