Fantastic location right at the heart of Austin. Easy walk to Rainey & 6th Street. Everything else was also a quick to walk (parks, shopping, restaurants & boards). The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. Their breakfast had a great selection and variety for all dietary restrictions. Highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed there for 4 days, and on the first day, I asked the front desk for slippers. They told me they had run out and suggested that I go to Target to buy some myself! I was genuinely shocked — providing slippers is a basic expectation, especially at a 4-star hotel. To make matters worse, by the end of my stay, they still never provided slippers. However, the room was clean and tidy, and the only negative point was the lack of slippers. Everything else was satisfactory and good.

Very hard to find a parking lot. And valet parking is very expensive in hotel. Around $60 for 1 night. This is terrible. You guys have to lower it down.

Just stayed at this great hotel in Austin and was genuinely impressed. The location was perfect! The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable - especially the valet named Dallas! My room was clean and spacious. Me and My kids loved breakfast here.
