京都駅からとても近く、地下鉄通路を歩いて外に出なくてもホテルの入り口まで行けました。ヨドバシカメラもすぐ隣にあります。アメニティーの種類も豊富です。お部屋もサービスも良かったのでまた泊まりたいです。

This was my first stay in Kyoto. The hotel was centrally located. Many things to do in the area and close to Kyoto Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic but tiny room

Absolutely loved the shower! The bathroom counter afforded lots of space. The bed and pillows were fantastic. Having a laundry facility on-site is a huge plus. Only wish the room was a bit larger; this is by far the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in. There was barely any room for our luggages and for us to move around!

Conveniently located near the train station and several bus stops nearby. Lots of food restaurants around. Staff friendly and helpful. Provided all the toiletries needed, even toothbrush/toothpaste, Q-tips, skincare (cleanser, toner, moisturizer), and bath salts. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected but still comfortable.

It was really a nice hotel to stay as we can sleep well and humidity was well control. Very clean as well. First time went in cannot find the slope. Probably have proper signage to guide tourists with luggages. The only short is payment cannot by paywave. I forgot my physical card and had to pay by another credit card.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean. It is very close to Kyoto station and taking the public transit was a breeze. The hotel is very close to major tourist attractions and there are tons of dining options in the area. We highly recommend this hotel and we will for sure stay here again.
