Staff was so friendly and helpful the entire time we were there! The facilities and our room (train view) was so perfect, exactly what we were looking for! The location was very close to Kyoto station, which made it extremely convenient each day! We would definitely stay at this hotel again, highly recommended!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The staff and service are phenomenal. The rooms are very small. But,they have everything you'd expect from a 4/5 Star hotel. The location, right next to the train station, is perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Conveniently located across the street from the station but a busy corner it is. This can get loud at night since you can hear all through the windows. The walls were covered in brown drops throughout the entire bathroom and bedroom. The hotel will not let you change rooms after checkin. They will make you pay for another room all together.
