El hotel está de lujo, las instalaciones están muy lindas y los cuartos son espaciosos. Ofrece dos opciones de desayuno (una enfocada a preferencias japonesas y otro más continental). La ubicación no es la más idónea, si bien es cierto que está cerca del Castillo Imperial, esa zona es algo residencial, por lo que no hay tantas opciones de alimentos y compras cerca. No obstante, tiene una estación disponible a unos minutos. La pijama que te prestan durante tu estadía está muy cómoda, mi hermana incluso preguntó si se podía comprar (la respuesta fue no, pero eso habla de su calidad).

The service was excellent. The rooms were big and clean. We had 4 adults and had enough space for all. 4 beds with 2 almost US Full size beds and two twin beds. One bathroom was a little drawback but we managed. The amenities and shuttle and everything was super nice.

Absolutely wonderful property! The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was a delicious buffet, and staff were excellent. In a lovely suburban neighborhood and a quick taxi ride to Kyoto station. Plan to stay here again!!
