Excellent hotel. Very attentive staff and always someone who could speak English. Fantastic breakfast options with both Japanese and Westerns styles. We stayed 8 nights and did not get tired of the breakfast options. Room was spacious. Bathroom and room amenities plentiful. Very clean. Superior laundry service if you want to pay for it.

Clean , comfortable , spacious rooms and excellent service . Location is in a quite residential area , far from most tourist attractions . Even the closest bus / train stations are a bit far . Though they do have a shuttle to one of the stations . Breakfast could be better - may be it was to do with we being vegetarian.

Our stay at the Kyoto Brighton Hotel was wonderful. The room was very large for Japanese standards. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room. We had a reservation including breakfast and the staff were extremely accomdating for my food allergies. All the ameneties and staff were wonderful. I highly recommend the Brighton Kyoto!

Muy buen hotel. Desayuno bufette execelente. Servicio de shuttle cada 20min al centro. Habitaciones muy amplias y comfortables. Central para tomar taxi a diferentes sitios de Kyoto. Ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo de Kyoto, para estar alejado de las multitudes.
