The room was fantastic, as described and clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. We hoped to check in early as we needed showers after the log drive. 4 hours early, the front desk staff were polite and respectfully informed us that the policy is early check was in an hour, but if we needed to we could go across the street to the conference center and they could help us out. She then called ahead and we were able to shower change and get ready for our event. Staff gets a 5 out of 5!
