Somehow the wrong date was entered so when we drove 2 hours to get there they told me they charged me for the room already and we didn’t have a room. I realize it was my fault but he didn’t even say he was sorry. I thought he would st least offer us a room half price but no. He could care less. Not very good customer service.

The property is very dated with very old furniture. That being said the bed was surprisingly comfortable although it was clearly showing its age. The bedding itself is a very uncomfortable thin blanket and sheet that feels rough through the sheet. The sheets, blankets and furnishings need to be replaced. The sofa is so worn it has a sofa cover on it. The mattress in my room has a couple more years in it. The tv and available channels were great. The location is fantastic. With a bit of upgrading in the room it can be great, especially the blankets, sheets and sofa. The properties number one issue in my opinion is the front desk staff. Don’t get me wrong. The staff that checked me in and out were not rude in any way but there was absolutely zero attempt at hospitality or professionalism by either of them. There was no attempt to say welcome to Super 8, how can I help you, how are you or anything even remotely close. It was checking in? and the room is just at the top of the stairs. Because I initiated a brief conversation to lighten his disinterest (that’s the way it came across) in his job he relaxed a little bit. The morning check out guy wasn’t interested in any hospitality or conversation. His only words were “Checking out” and “Is everything out of the room?” There was no interest in asking how my stay was or have a nice day just a complete lack of interest. I stay in hotels 120-200 nights a year and I can’t remember ever seeing staff members that unwelcoming.

It was not a very nice facility. Right next to a marijuana dispensary. Property was run down. The property management system was out of service and we couldn't even check in. Had to make other plans and didn't stay there.
