New Beach chairs are in the unit for your convenience. Free wifi is included. This sixth floor condo is spacious and reviewers have commented on the nice ambience. ..There is a king sized bed in the unit. You can eat inside the unit or on the balcony. There is a large new flat screened tv. There are 3 elevators in the hotel and a concierge. We supply a starter kit of shampoo, bath soap and toilet paper . And you can walk downtown to all the shops and great restaurants. Paia fish market and cafe is opening soon across from Banyon tree.

Beach towels and beach toys are there on our private lanai. . Hotel has a spa and swimming pool. There is a bus stop next door if you do not rent a car. The schedule is posted at the bus stop.


There is a large walk in tub shower. There is no maid service included. Ask front desk for maid referral. The hotel has put a phone in the unit but you have to pay .75 cents for any local calls you make. I suggest you use your cell phone to make calls.
