We had an overnight stay at the Coast to visit family in the area. The location of the hotel is good for accessing shopping and is clean and well maintained. The only thing that could use improvement is the room carpet. The carpet was in good condition and not stained but it did have an odour. That is not uncommon in carpeted rooms in a humid climate. The room was large and comfortable and quiet for the amount of street traffic at this location. We would stay at this location again.

Adjacent to Vancouver

I had a couple of extra days while in the Vancouver area so l stayed in Abbotsford to have easier access to the local rural amenities. I'm so glad l choose to stay at The Coast at Abbotsford. The interior was quite charming with a feel of luxury. The only let down was that the swimming pool was closed. There was a notice at the front desk of the closure but it wasn't accessible for two days prior to the beginning date stated in the notice and l couldn't get a straight or reasonable answer as to why. That was my top priority for picking that location so not getting access to the pool for the the days l stayed there was extremely disappointing. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

I stayed at the Coast Hotel in Abbotsford and was disappointed with the service. Check-in was slow, and staff seemed disorganized. I was told the pool was open, but when I went to use it, it was actually out of service. It felt like the communication between staff and guests wasn’t clear, which made the experience frustrating. The hotel itself seemed okay otherwise, but the lack of accurate information and delays left a negative impression.

We stayed here very last minute on our long drive back to Alberta and booked and checked in at 10:30pm at night. Front desk staff was lovely and helped us securely store our bikes. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was great! We had a great sleep and would stay again.
