The property was very clean. We stayed in the building that has indoor hallways and that was great. Housekeeping was good. Front desk staff needs training on how to deal with customers. Upon check out we asked for a 30 mins extra because the fire alarm woke us twice the last night we were there. We were told flat out no after spending 5 nights there and a pretty penny! The mattress was not very comfortable either. Front desk staff not very friendly or welcoming seemed to argue with all the customers. When customer said something they always had a rude answer. Staff needs training on customer service.

Just not a great stay. Thought we were getting a loft room with balcony. Not so. Property didn't really care to help because we booked with hotels.com. Parking was an issue because i could not diplay my parking pass. Fights in rooms, fire alarms. Alot of money for not much in return.

Perfect spot. Close to everything and well-kept property. The price was fair for the time of year I booked it. While not wowed by anything, it was perfect for a weekend getaway. Pool closing and opening - 9 am - 9 pm could be extended, but other than that, great spot at LG.

The rooms had very little insulation between them. We could hear the people next door to us snoring, fighting and coughing. The people above us were running all around from 5am-10pm. If staying here I’d recommend requesting an upper floor room. It was also concerning that our room smelled like pot as people kept smoking on the beach. Not easy to explain to your child! Very disappointing visit.
