Good

Room and night, but could’ve used a rug or something just to make it more Homie. Modern flare, which is not my taste. I prefer a more inviting space, but this was kind of cold looking. But clean and updated. A lot of construction going on so not a lot of parking.

When I go to Havasu, almost every month , I stay at Sway. I am always greeted w a smiles and friendly attitude. Terri and Mike are most accommodating. I always feel safe . Parking close to room a nice pool and comfortable beds!!❤️

Great place, adorable, immaculate and great price

We were pleasantly surprised by this Inn. The staff was awesome. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is undergoing some renovations, so we were overwhelmed by the very nice room we had. It looked like they had just finished renovating it. It was immaculate and very comfortable. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back to this Inn.

They were in the middle of a remodel so some of the property wasn’t quite finished yet. The rooms look decent and I think when they are done it will look great. Our air conditioner wasn’t quite working but thankfully it wasn’t too hot yet. Hopefully they will fix it for the next guest. I would stay again.

Photos misleading. Property is under construction. Renovations in room were shoddy with gaps between plastic shower liner and ceiling, tile work was lacking, hole in bottom sheet and the list goes on. Exterior had a rusted out car frame on a trailer that was replaced by a broken truck on a trailer. Oil is cold and dirty.

Long term remodel

Sway is a hotel that has been in a long-term remodel... Most of the rooms have been updated and most of the property has been but it's definitely still in the process. My room was missing a headboard, missing the lens of one of the light fixtures above the bed, missing the mini fridge, in the bathroom it was missing several pieces of tile, door trim around the bathroom door was missing and the shelf above the closet rod was full of dust and dirt and sawdust.
