You are getting what you pay for. Perfectly serviceable if you need 1 night to crash. The staff and maintenance were all super helpful and they themselves seem aware that the motel is pretty run down. Negatives: Dirty carpets No outlets near the beds Noisy refrigerator kept clicking Remote not working (maintenance man replaced it right away) Room key gets messed up anytime it is near the MagSafe magnets on your phone (Had to get it fixed twice) First 2 floors seem pretty nice but top 2 are very worn down Does not smell great Pros: Not rodents or bugs Helpful staff

Roaches won’t even stay here

Do not let the pictures online fool you. This is NOT the room you will be getting. First check in was at 3:00 and they were not ready for us because according to the staff that was checking us in, the maid left for a 2 hour long lunch and had only cleaned two rooms. She let us know right away how terrible our stay was going to be just by venting about her staff and how her one maid was awful. The balcony view and how close it was to the 5k race I was running is the only reason I did not give it a terrible on my review. The smell on the third floor as soon As you got off the elevator will forever be stuck in my nasal passages. You had to kick The door to get into the room.The room was gross and not clean. We had to unplug the mini fridge(which I think they picked it up from a junk yard that day) made an awful noise. There was no way we could sleep through that. The carpet was disgusting and we were afraid to sleep under the sheets in the bed. I would probably have had a better night stay sleeping in my car in the parking lot. Do not use the shower or the towels. I wish I could say you get what you pay for but that $110 was not cheap for the condition the room was in. I know it’s an old building but you could at least have some better cleaner sheets and a maid service that actually cleaned. The Air conditioning didn’t work but at least it was cooler outside and we could open the door. I regret not taking pictures so I could share with you. Think twice before booking this hotel.

This motel is low-end place to stay that is economy priced. It seems clean and tidy, but it’s nothing to brag about. My room was huge with a kitchenette including dish washer, refrigerator and stove. But no dishes, glasses or silverware. I assume at one time, it must have been completely equipped. For a short whirlwind stay, you can’t beat the price. After all, in the end it’s just a clean place to stay without breaking the bank.

We had a clean bed to sleep in and a fridge to put our drinks and A/c. The rest was very poor. Most of the time our door locks with the card didnt work, sometimes took 10 swipes, sometimes 200. So frustrating. They need cleaned or replaced. Everything is old. Inconsistent hot water in shower, carpets were torn and needed shampooed really bad. Mold and dirty caulk, fans were rusty and very dirty. I wouldnt recommend this place or stay here again.

The room in the whole facility was run down in need of repair painting updating window. Blinds were broken. There’s a hole in the tub. It was just a dated and rundown property.

So so

We loved the location, close to London Bridge and restaurants. However, lady at the front desk during mornings was extremely rude, not just to us but to another guest too. Room was okay, sheets and bedspread looked as if the bed hadn't been made, just pulled up over

The first room I got the pee we didn’t work. The phone didn’t work no iron board no iron. The light didn’t work. They put me in another room. The bathtub was dirty and the paint was falling apart in the bathroom hole in the wall I would never go back to this place again or the money they charge.
