Great staff. Good value. Needs a little TLC.

The staff was very helpful and I would rate them excellent. Our room was a bit tired. The carpeting and the AC needed replacing. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again as the location is excellent, and the pricing is reasonable.

The staff are always great. We stay here very often and they are helpful and friendly and we appreciate that. The bed is comfy and we like the room. I do wish they would get new towels and give you more than 2.

Not worth the money

Our room was not very clean upon check in. There were dirty towels on the floor. The beds were made and one bed had stained sheets. I went to the front desk and they gave me 2 clean towels told me the laundry is busy. This property was run down and the pool had rust along the edges. Not worth the price.

Decent place for the price

The hotel was a great value, given it was only a couple days before a big event and we paid just over $100 for the night. The room was large and the bed was adequate - maybe on the firmer side of things. The only real gripe would be the AC unit - it didnt really keep a consistent temperature, so some sleep was lost due to maintaining cImfort through the night. Overall, its an older place, but not the worst place we've spent in Havasu - at least it was clean - but we've also stayed in nicer places.

Walking distance to London Bridge. Bed was comfortable. Walls are thin. Heard everything from the neighbors and it is next to main road, so kind of noisy.

Very loud music until 2am from across the street. Room was dirty took my shoes off for bed and had to use one of our 2 towels on floor for the dirt/sand. We were 1 hr early and they said 50.00 to check in early so at 3pm people lined up took 1 hr to check in then room keys did not work and back in line for another hr. Bar was nice and friendly.

The Room is not that clean. The bed is itchy and the couch cover have a mud or dry dirt on it even in our lower bed and curtains. The staff is great and easy to approach. Hope they clean the room properly
