Property was very run down and didnt feel to clean. Room smelt like pets but we were only in for a short night had to check in late at 2am and hotel staff was ver accommodating with out late arrival. He was very short and to the point not overly friendly or welcoming. I would stay here again for a overnight or just passing through woulnt not stay more than that.

Great value for your buck at a pretty convenient location. Check in was really fast, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Enjoyed the room cleanliness and how easy it was to unload and load back up our belongings.

Disappointed in rude manager

I stayed here last summer. The attitude and lack of friendliness and customer service is off-putting. Since then, it has been remodeled and is very nice in rooms. The outside needs help. Again, the managers attitude with me checking in at 1130 pm and after a long drive was: we don’t have a room. I said: I just made reservation. Well, he said, it’s not clean. I said, then why is it listed as available. I’m traveling with my 95 year old mother in wheelchair. Then he looks on computer and gives us room. But he says it’s only available tonight. I wanted 4 nights originally. I see why he didn’t want to rent: the price went up from $57 to $100. Which I still would have paid. He said: you have to be out at 11 am. I said we will be. He said, no, you have to be out before 11 am. I said. Isn’t checkout time 11 am. He was so rude and never said welcome etc.

Cozy, older motel. Close to some great restaurants. You can tell the owner cared for the property. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, friendly staff

Great place with friendly staff, guests are in great spirits here to have a fun adventure in Lake Havasu City, there's a view of the lake and the beds are extremely comfortable. The refrigerators are larger than most microfridges and their policies ensure resources are highly available to all guests.

Sketchy hotel dont stay here!

This hotel is in terrible shape. Walked across the floor after my shower and my feet were black. I had to clean my feet off before putting my socks and shoes on. Towels where rough and coarse against my skin. The tub needs replaced very old and worn out. Everything needs up dated from the floor tile to the ceiling. There were people standing outside that looked very sketchy. I would never stay here again!

In Havasu for an event at the rodeo grounds where we're on property late into the evening and back on site in the morning. Didn't require much aside from a bed and working restroom/shower, which this location provided. Office hours clearly shows open until 12am for late-check-ins, which is where problems arose. I wasn't able to get to the motel until around 11pm for check-in on Friday. Got a bit of an attitude from the man at the front office but shrugged it off. Went in Saturday night to extend the stay for an additional night and was met with annoyance from the same man because of the timing (around 11pm again).
