Lake Lucerne Winery Accommodation

The location is perfect is very centrally located. The place is very very clean. The staff is very cordial professional. The breakfast is very abundant. Excellent. There’s a lot of different variety of food like I mentioned very safe. Everything is in walking distance all the shopping and many restaurants and tourist places to go and visit I highly recommend this place is really really good.

Everything was as expected.

We absolutely loved this place! The staff were all so friendly and kind. The rooms were nice!! The beds were so comfy! The location was PERFECT. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. One thing to be mindful of, the shower water would randomly change temperature (it would suddenly go ice cold or very hot) and then go back to the normal temperature you set. It was strange. We would stay here any and every time we were in Luzern without hesitation! Ps. Go to “Bakery Bakery” for coffee and amazing treats!

The main cafeteria room was not available to go eat in during restaurant operation, there was not really anywhere to eat or heat our lunch (maybe it is only because we took the "cell" room but nonetheless...). The room itself lacks a couple of things, first is shower and toilet privacy with semi translucide walls, the steps to get on top of bunk beds are so small that it hurts your feet, the window is too high for a normal person to be able to access it and open or close it... Good idea but implementation is to be revisited...

I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were fantastic!

The only drawback with the stay was that they were renovating on many of the floors. Places were closed off.
