Disappointing Service

Service was poor. When checking in no one was staffing the front desk. While standing there (5+ minutes) several employees walked by and ignored us. I knew they were employees because they were wearing name tags!! Finally a cleaning staff saw us and immediately greeted us found someone to assist us.I expect better from Hyatt. I had contacted the hotel and made arrangements for an early check in. The staff checking us in insisted that we be charged for early check in. I expect better from Hyatt. Additionally, it was apparent that the toilet had an issue in our room as it still contained evidence of an issue. I had to contact the staff to fix the issue. I expect better from Hyatt.

Great for FSC Parents

We frequent this hotel when in town for FSC. Great location for walking to downtown. Our student likes to stay with us here when we're visiting instead of the dorms :) During our latest stay, one of the elevators was out of commission, but they comped with free parking. We usually park just across the bridge anyhow to save on the parking.

The bathroom is so tiny there isn’t room to close the door without climbing between the toilet and the shower. The shower floor was beyond slippery. I have stayed in $80 a night hotels that I would choose over this at $178

The staff were winderful but the AC was extremely cold. I was tild thet had an ussue and someone would come by unless I requested not to. No ine came by and i actually had to turn the AC off and it was still blowing cold aur. Also, ine of my garbage pails stull had a small amoint of garbage in it. I inspected the bed fir bed bugs and it was clean but I became itchy and had a small rash.i believe it could have been from the detergent. I was also shocked that a hotel of this caliber disnt really have a gluten free menu nor or teue options. The staff were great but not trained about Celuac Disease and the possibilities of cross contamination. If you can cater to vegetations and vegans; then why on earth cant they cater those who teuly suffer from Celiac. The staff was great and friendly and i cant say enough about them. My reciew reflects Hyatt as a corporation. The rooms are nice but no real care went into keeping them in tip too shape

We went at a very busy time for a local competition. The kitchen was shorthanded for the breakfast hour but the lady working there did an awesome job for what she had to work with and the food was good. The room was clean and fresh except the bathtub which was probably due to a slow drain. Overall we would definitely stay again and felt safe in the area.
