First , this place used to be a hospital, maybe you tell your staff not to mention that !! When i checked in it was 5 degrees outside ! It was 10 in my room !! I adjusted the thermostat to it's highest level !! 75 degrees as high as it went ! This place has eight floors , of course i was in room 808 , it was windy and freezing cold outside, i called the front desk, asked if i was doing something wrong with the heat! I was told to set fan at its lowest level ! My wife and i froze, the bed felt like we were sleeping on feathers, that might be good for some, the towels were made for kids no full size towels it was a joke ! The name " HYATT"" AND THE $200.00 A NITE IS WHAT DROVE US HERE !! OUR REGULAR PLACE WAS SOLD OUT " KNIGHTS INN " SO DISAPPOINTED " I'M NOT A PICKY CUSTOMER, THE FACT THAT WE STAYED AND DIDNT DEMAND A ROOM CHANGE OR REFUND IS PROOF OF THAT! WE SLEPT IN OUR CLOTHES AND WE WILL NEVER BE BACK ! EVER ! WE ARE FROM MARYLAND DROVE UP FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY TO VISIT SICK MOM ! NOW WE SICK !

- smelt like a locker room. - Complained and asked for a new room. Was told they were booked up and couldn’t put me in another room. - Sent a maid to the room to “clean”. She had a bottle of spray and sprayed areas on the carpet. She said she couldn’t smell it which is crazy because my whole family complained the entire time. - Went down stairs and saw people checking in all night. They should have put us in another room, cleaned it, and then gave it to another guest and put us in another room. - The toilet doesn’t flush unless you hold the handle down. - The elevator makes a sharp squeaking sound that constantly woke me up in the middle of the night.. - I woke up with a headache and stuffed nose and the air quality is horrible. The sheets have a faint locker room smell also. - When I went to shower my youngest I grabbed a wash cloth and opened it and found makeup foundation. It looked too fresh. I put water on it and rubbed it together and instantly saw it smudging. Our towels hadn’t even been washed from the last stay. - The pool is full of debris and not maintained well. - Painters were everywhere. They were painting in the breakfast area and not covering the plates and other stuff that would be given to the occupants the next morning. - I felt dismissed when first complained and shut down. I did not pay to stay at the Hyatt for this treatment. I could have gone to a motel 6 if I wanted to sleep in filth. - There were no trash bags in the trash and in the room

The hotel in my opinion is great but the room that i had was next to the kitchen. Before the kitchen open at 6am they were prepping and every time they went through the door they let it slam shut waking me up at 430am
