I wasn't aware that I had to call the hotel in order to have the shuttle pick me up so I waited 25 minutes in the late evening. The kind Hilton driver was the person who told me that I needed to call....kudos to him! The bathroom had mould in the shower but housekeeping did come up to clean it when I went out. The pool was not working but I expected it not to be as I had seen that this happened regularly,

My spouse and I stayed on the 3rd floor of the inn and we found it very clean and quiet. Our beds were comfortable and nicely made up. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking was great...right out front close to the entrance. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.
