The place was awesome! Staff were great!! Everything was clean! The only down side is you can hear the people above you walking and I couldn’t really sleep. Also coffee in the rooms would be awesome!!

This is a hidden gem for sure. I could appreciate the revitalization of a forgotten industrial complex. Close by food, staff was nice, shower was hot. Only negative, and not really a negative, was the TV is a bit small for the room I had considering the distance away from the bed. I would stay here again.

I love to stay at independent and boutique hotels and I am glad I chose the Cork Factory Hotel. I was so fascinated by its history and beautiful conversion. The rooms were very spacious with tall ceilings, and the lobby area had such cozy and welcoming ambience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lancaster, PA.

My stay was very brief, but the staff was all very nice and they even worked to resolve an issue that was actually Expedia’s fault. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. I also appreciated that they had coffee in the morning in the lobby.

There was no hot water the morning we stayed there. Apparently none of the rooms had hot water. And the temperature in the room was sweltering. Would not go below 78 degrees, even though the thermostat was set to 63. This was February. Incredibly frustrating stay for my family, despite the building being beautiful.

Really nice hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Room is spacious and very nicely decorated. Bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, too. Highly recommend!

Renovation done right. Hard to believe this hotel was once a factory but loved how some of the key elements of the factory were incorporated to make the hotel. Restaurant was exceptional. Not in the most touristy area but great stay overall.
