The afternoon and evening staff were really nice. Cleanliness of the lobby and hallways could be improved. The room, however, was clean. And staff were seen scrubbing doors and rooms. I especially liked that The Days Inn is pet friendly.

My nieces were really excited because we saw there was a pool, when we arrived I asked about it and they said it was closed so that already was a letdown, checking in was easy I had already checked in online and I only had to show ID and my card, the rooms were nice and clean, no complaints there, walls are super thin so you can hear EVERYTHING, plus it’s dog friendly so you’ll see and hear dogs throughout your stay, I personally don’t mind since I took mine too, we put white noise all night and that helped with the noise. It was overall good, until I saw two charges on my card for the room again, almost $200 taken out of my account when I had already paid through Expedia, fortunately they were really nice about it and obviously returned my money but it was super inconvenient to not have the money in my account when it shouldn’t have been taken in the first place. Other than that it’s not too bad for the price.

We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and the room reaked of nicotine and smoke. We asked for a different room and the staff gladly reassinged us to a different room upstairs. The hall was filthy; coffee spill on the floor, debri all the way down the hall. The room window frame was broken and the window was open so it was difficult to shut the window. The tile was patched here and there on the bathroom floor and the base board didn't cover the sheetrock. They said they were renovating the place, so it is understandable. The towels were rough and you could exfoliate your whole body with them!. No coffee in the room. No elevator, it is only 2 floors so it was fine for us, but I just hope no disabled people or elderly stay there. The staff were very nice and accomodating.

Bed was very comfortable. Room left much to be desired. Very basic and not very clean. Staff was unfriendly. Acted like we were putting her out. No rooms on first floor. No elevator. Very long double steps to second floor. Took 3 times before she processed key correctly to open the room door! Only have breakfast from 6-9am.
