Last minute excellent stay!

We were desperate for a place to stay before it was dark and we didn't want to stay in Vegas. We were able to book a 2 bed room for under $100 right before we hit Vegas. The room was clean. It was pre cooled. It smelled nice. The man at the front counter was polite. The deposit was only $50 and we could have our pup. The pool was ready. The palm trees give a great atmosphere. Dominoes had our food delivered there in literally ten minutes. We had a spur of the moment crisis and it turned out to be one of the best stays we've ever had. They also had a little balcony with 2 chairs. We are so happy we stayed. Next time we come through we are staying there again.

The website was kind of oddly over enthusiastic regarding the features of the property itself. There is no restaurant but it is very reasonably priced and the room is quite nice.

It’s plain. Pool and hot tub were nice — not too hot or cold. Room stayed too hot. AC not working well. There is a fan in the room also. Nice front desk.

Good value on a holiday weekend, across the street from Hemenway Park with seasonal Big Horn Sheep and a hike down to Lake Mead. 5 minutes to downtown Boulder City. Basic rooms but mini fridge and patios with chairs are a nice touch.

Staff was friendly..However..The room was awful..A/C barely worked in 100Degree weather..you could see the outside light around the A/C unit..The door could be opened with a hard wind..The room was filthy…The Bathroom was poorly ventilated and about 100 Degrees..sweating while using the restroom..and to top it off..we settle in to bed and the Cable did not work properly..We tried plugging in an air freshener for the smell..the outlets wouldn’t hold anything in..They refused to refund for our 2nd night we didn’t stay
