I recently stayed at Sonesta Simply suites , and I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional value for the price. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the strip. Across the treet the sphere.. Despite the affordable rate, the hotel didn’t skimp on comfort or service. The room was very convinient.

Great staff, terrible owner

They advertise that they have a pool but there is no pool. They have a convenience store inside the lobby but nothing has a price on it. They tried to charge me $50 for late checkout when everywhere else does it for free. The staff, the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, everyone working on site works very hard, is very good at their job, and is super nice and helpful. They should all get a raise. The problem with this place is the greedy property owner setting the policies and systems to squeeze every last dime out of it and buy an extra vacation home in the bahamas. It is not a business designed competitively or with customer experience in mind. They could easily offer a shuttle to the airport but the owner got rid of that too because he's a greedy scumbag.

Off the strip but close enough

Clean room. Friendly staff. There was no room cleaning based on thevtime of stay but that was fine. But i feel people may have been in my room when i was away based on the position of the curtains. I left with them closed but returned with them open.
