I had a really disappointing experience here on Father’s Day. Check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM, but I arrived around 5:30 PM and was told my room still wasn’t ready. No apology, no explanation—just told to leave my number and wait. When I politely asked if there was an estimated time, the front desk staff (a one young woman in particular) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She gave short, dismissive answers, didn’t try to assist at all, and clearly seemed annoyed just because there was a line. It felt like I was an inconvenience, not a paying guest. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. If you’re going to charge guests premium rates, the bare minimum is having the room ready at check-in time and treating people with basic courtesy. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth or respectful experience.

Property is very pretty amd well kept. Check-in amd out was easy. Rooms are a bit dated but fine by us. My only complaint was the bedroom was very hot regardless of A/c being set veey low. Rooma have a fan in dining area but really need one in bedroom

The check in process was bizarre. I booked 2 ajoining rooms online, picked our room types online. Then we got there, well after check in I may add, waited in line 45 minutes, only to be told they didnt have any available rooms and we needed to come back when they did have rooms ready. They said they would send us a text but didnt know if it would be 20 minutes, or 3 hours. This puts a pretty big cramp in your plans when you are a party of 7 with several kids. How do you make plans to entertain that many people when you dont know if it will be 20 minutes or 3 hours? Also, we paid extra for this resort so we could hang out at their facilities for the evening, so finding somewhere else to go seems somewhat unacceptable when again, it is well after check in time. I verified that the rooms were ajoining, they say they dont have ajoining rooms. I requested rooms close to each other, the receptionist said he didnt think it would be a problem. They then jump you over to the concierge desk where they try to sell you on their timeshare speil. We finally leave, get the text over an hour later, return to wait in line a second time. When we get to the front of the line, we find out our rooms arent next to each other, they arent even on the same floor, or even in the same building, they are actually as far apart as you can get. Clear past the pool and clubhouse. Also- they arent the same rooms! We were short a whole bed! Nothing was offered to help remedy this situation. WOULD NOT RECOM

They already changed the sheets And the towels and did the dishes. Which I am grateful for. So they don't need to do that again. But the floor is so dirty that dust sticks to my socks and billows up, so it looks like the floors haven't been vacuumed in years and no one has ever used a wand to get the corners of the room. I have dust allergies and this is completely unacceptable, and I don't think even vacuuming will fix the problem. This carpet needs a deep cleaning. It is filthy and causing me to not be able to sleep well. I would say sure go ahead and come vacuum tomorrow and I wish that would fix the problem, but by the looks of the corners of these rooms they haven't used a wand to get the corners in over ten years. There are visible piles of dust and detritus, and flakes of skin and hair and other particles of dirt everywhere. So yes, I will keep my stuff off the floor and it would be great if they could do a deep cleaning tomorrow after ten am, but by the looks of the corners of these rooms a deep cleaning doesn't include a wand on the vacuum to get the corners of the room. I must insist on a discount, and I hope that the maids would do me the courtesy of using the vaccuum wand to get all the dust out of the corners of the rooms or I must insist on doing it myself. I will be leaving and not staying another higher with you. Depending on how you handle this, will determine how high up the Hilton chain I decide to complain. This lack of hygiene is completely unacceptable
Old concentrate orange juice I was charged $9.75 for. They did refund my money. And the manager was nice, which is the only reason they got two stars not one.
Flake of foot skin in the corner, after I was told the room had been vacuumed.
20 years of dust around every corner of the room.
So much dust and debris I had to check out early, and vacuuming couldn’t fix it. I don’t think any of their carpets have ever been deep cleaned.

The property was beautiful and would def consider staying there again. The only thing was 1. I get a call from the concierge saying as a first time guest I would get a gift - turned out to be a propaganda to try to get me there to look into the time share 2. I asked multiple times for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to be refilled - it was dropped off in a plastic bag to my door. It was busy and i get that but I didn’t feel like they tried to go above and beyond for us. As someone who has worked in the customer service field for many years and my cousin who was with me also worked for a Hilton hotel in MD we were a little disappointed in that area.

We had a great stay with plenty of room for our family. The water slides and pool were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping was attentive although we didn’t require much. They have the most wonderful smell in the hallways and lobby. Would definitely stay here again.
