It is dirty, carpet is dirty and rip, sofa is extremely dirty, nail on the chair poked my mother in law. Location is very convenience, between Bellagio and Cosmopolitan casino. If you do not need to stay on the Vegas trip, do not stay here.

Poor customer service..

Check in was horrible. They acted like our room may never be available. My wife at one point asked if it would be available by 10 pm and they responded with maybe. How do you exspect us to pay for a room that we "might" be able to check into. I see that they state that their rooms might not be available on time and that it is not "their problem" if it is ready on time or not... what a joke... they should have gave me a discount atleast.

It's cheap. But there is a reason. It's very old and the furniture in the rooms is practically falling apart. It looks like a frat house. They use a lot of deoderizer in the room to where I was nauseated. What would it smell like without it though? I shudder to think. Do yourself a favor and trust your gut. It's cheap for a reason.

Probably best choice for Vegas

Amazing location and very helpful staff. The added bonus of free parking sealed a great deal. Very family friendly amenities too (microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and walk in closet).

This place is definitely a hidden gem. I didn't even realize that it was a whole studio apartment. It even has a coffee pot, silverware, a whole set of dishes and pots and pans! There are two TVs and a "boombox". I would definitely stay here again. It's clean and surprisingly quiet and accommodating. I loved it.

While the property was obviously older and the mattress should be replaced, it was spacious, clean, had access to the Cosmopolitan for pool and free parking. I was extremely pleased with the entire stay.

Excellent access to the Strip, about a 3 minute walk. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We didn’t have a safe in our apt which was a bit of a nuisance we did report it and they thought that all apts were equipped with one, if there was one, we couldn’t find it anywhere.

10pm 3/3....Terrible customer service. The worst experience i have ever had. 😪. The individual at the front did not explain directions and processes regarding where the room was and parking even though everything on that property consists of multiple buildings, casinos and buildings. After fallowing her instructions me, my wife and kid were lost in the mgm building with our luggage in hand. The place also stinks of smoke very badly. My wife said her mouth and throat were feeling very irritated from it. My throat is burning right now even though they emphasize the property as nonsmoking. I dont recommend this place at all.

We are so happy we found the jockey club for our trip! We have two young kids and went with another young family. Having the kitchen and living room space made everything so spacious! Its right next to the cosmo so easy access to the strip! Will definitely book again in the future!

Horribly dirty place no customer service

Nobody answers the phone, there was mold in the shower, popcorn ceilings even though online showed upgraded rooms… ripped carpet. Very poorly taken care of property and I would suggest that it is NOT on your site for people to book because it is not even worth any savings!! We left after the first night and did not stay for our second night

Loved everything about this property. It’s close to the strip share amenities with the Cosmopolitan. My only negative comment is the water in the shower was never very hot and I like hot water. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating

While this place might not be for everyone, furniture and decor is a bit dated and rooms may not have a view... but it's quiet, very pleasant staff, full suites, and right in the middle of the strip! I very much enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Really a nice alternative from the usual casino suites.

Amazing location, nice stay

Overall a good stay. We’d stay here again. Amazing location (connected to Cosmopolitan) with access to tons of restaurants. Was also very quiet even though it’s on the strip. Was confusing trying to figure out where to check in. Ran into a group who was having the same issue and they told us where to go. Property had everything we needed, just very outdated.
