We were asked if we wanted to get an upgrade for a fee, we paid extra $75/night for a suite that is dirty, coffee stains on the table, dusty side tables. We complained and asked someone to clean up, Staff showed up 2 hrs after.

I was given a a handicap room with a handicap bathroom without asking I attempted to change rooms. They said they were fully booked and cannot accommodate or do anything for me. They were short and rude, especially supervisor. Luz c. I attempted to take a shower. The water went to the sink area and the toilet area almost fell going to the bathroom since floor was wet and water was all over the bathroom.
