Very nice and newly renovated. The only thing is when you went to sit on the toilet it wasn't bolted in and would wobble .Everything else was nice and clean and you were close to mostly everything.

Great Motel - Very Clean

The motel is very well kept. Our room was clean, and offered everything we needed. The staff was also very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. It was a pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate staying there again. Excellent accommodation for the price.

Fantastic Motel in Pembroke!!

Champlain Motor Inn is a very nicely renovated motel. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again on my next visit to Pembroke.

Great place to stay once again !

I have stayed twice in this hotel this year, both for business trip. Without being extra luxurious, it really does the trick, is comfortable and clean. I travel a lot for work and it is one of the hotels you love on the road, short and sweet to check in, still has a decent price in this economy, has what you need, etc. Will book there again if I come to pembrooke in the future or recommend to friends and coworkers.

We were upset. When we check-in, the hotel receptionist told us that he gave us discount and cheaper price. But I told him that’s my credit card already been charge more larger amount, so I asked him to do the refund for the discount he gave us. Then he said that Expedia (he mention Expedia, not Hotel.com) that have to refund the money, not him. And next time, he said, I have to book directly to this hotel if I want to get cheaper price. After that, my 2 friends complaint and asked me to contact Hotel.com to refund their money. What should I do now? Could you refund the discount price of the money?
