Nice staff! Quaint and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed it very much and would stay again for sure.

I meant to put excellent for everything and I believe I met have hit two as only good. It was too short a stay. Very comfortable and accommodating.

The first room we were assigned was absolutely filthy! Dirty, dusty…when pulling the shade down, exposed to black mold all along the side of the shade, and the bathroom molding/shower -moldy! Complained to front desk immediately. We were assigned to another room which was way cleaner, but to only be awakened during the night several times by RUDE LOUD DISRESPECTFUL YELLING PEOPLE in the next room. Totally unacceptable! Again front desk handled it. Always check your room before settling in!

The "pet room" i was given was right in front of the elevator. That meant it was very noisy and i was up much if the night keeping my dog quiet because of the noise. I raised this issue with staff before i moved in and was told pets had to be in that room. I think if I'm willing to pay a $75 pet fee, i should at least get a quieter area so i can rest.

The first thing I will say was I enjoyed my stay. In my opinion, the most important thing is the cleanliness when it comes to hotels. The sheets, blankets, and linens were very clean. Smelled great. I even checked the mattress for bed bugs (as I always do) and it was perfectly clean. Parking was easy and free, restaurants and shops nearby. More affordable than other places around. The biggest issue was the room amenities. No microwave, but more importantly, no coffee. Not even a single serve coffee pot. They do have coffee in the main lobby which is fine but I feel like every hotel/inn needs a coffee pot in each room. People travel, they want hot coffee. Also, the television had basic cable which was great. However, the kids channels (Nickelodeon, etc) were not part of the cable package. But it was every kids channel. If you bring kids, they will have nothing to watch on TV. Onto more good things…. Staff was great and very nice. Shower was clean. Nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hand soap, makeup wipes, all good. This is a nice little cute inn. And I would visit again.
