I had a very good stay as it was my third time in Lancaster over the past few months.

Great location , clean and new. like the price and just what you need for a quick stay. Would stay here again As many hotel it is by the byway and you can hear some road noise .

The courteous staff who were able to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had.

Very courteous staff who explained the amenities on arrival. The facility is clean but dated. The shower water was warm and not hot enough for my liking. It is exactly what you would expect for the price.

I have traveled a lot in my life and seen a lot of hotels. But I have to say I was so impressed with this one. The rooms were clean and had great space. The breakfast had many many options and was well staffed with very hard workers who kept it stocked and clean. I was very impressed watching how hard and fast they worked. But most of all how friendly the front desk was. We were checked in by Shaii who I had to get her name to tell everyone about. She was friendly and kind and answered all our questions on were to find stuff and how to get to places. She even took time to tell us about the decor and gave us a warm holiday feeling being there like we were apart of the family. I wish more hotels were like this. They showed rear caring for family and customer service. I would strongly recommend this to anyone and will be staying there next time I am in the area.
