I like the hotel but found the room to be a bit disappointing. It has no closets which made the room feel disorganized since its luggage had to be left out. Also, at night, it’s not quiet, some event is happening every night ( at least in the summer) in the property next door, which is loud and kept the kids up.

Room clean and comfortable. Modern style fixtures and decor not very welcoming, but functional. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a big plus, every day. No shuttle to Hersheypark, though. If they had one, it would get a LOT of use. Most everyone staying there was going to the park.

Property was nice. Only issues for us during our stay were that there is no outdoor seating at all and we had to buy our own milk to use with the coffee since all that was offered were the tiny 1/2 and 1/2 creamer cups. Other than that it’s a very nice place to stay as are other Tru locations we’ve stayed at.

Rooms were clean and room service did a good job (see below). Free breakfast was solid if not a little uninspired but service was great. Son has allergies and they were very helpful in getting him food that was safe. Knocked one star because no microwave in room and had to ask for toilet and tissue paper which were not refilled when room service was performed. Pool was tiny. Would stay here again though.
