The receptionist on March 19th 2025 at around 8:30 PM was an incredibly rude young woman. Her condescending and disinterested attitude reflect poorly on this hotels leadership. As the only point of contact I had with the hotel, the importance of a good impression was completely missed. I'm surprised this hotel had as good of a rating as it did with such a rude and unprofessional person at the front desk.

Need trays to transport food

I would have l8ked it better if rhe group of high school boys didn't eat ALL the cookies. My 10 year old granddaughter would have liked just one cookie. At breakfast they took over the entire breakfast area. Please provide trays fir us to rake food to our rooms. My 10 year old granddaughter is aurstic and doesn't like large groups of people, so I took food up ro her.

Pretty great stay other than the fact that the chat is automated and we tried requesting a late checkout but system “automatically” denied request. It wasn’t until I was packed and ready where someone came to let us know we could check out later and said there was an attempt to call my phone to communicate but no call was received until right before leaving. Super friendly staff and convenient location. Just needs to improve on communication

Had a short stay down in Florida and our needs were met. A nice clean and cozy place to rest up and sleep. Water in the shower was always hot and comfortable. Convenient to our short trips around the area . If I return to the area I would have no problem using this facility for my needs. Breakfast was always there during the time stated and fully stocked and the area was always clean and tidy.The Staff was always friendly and accommodating to any of my needs or concerns. Keep up the Good Work !!

Decent and convenient

Overall good stay- struggled with key cards working properly even after replacement. Honestly needs more sound insulation- not sure what the deal was but EVERY Step taken by the guests in the room over ours was heard and felt . I was 2nd floor

Decent budget spot

Service was very good. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was suitable and I appreciate that it was included. The coffee was pretty bad, but I can forgive them for that. My only complaints would be that the bath faucet was dripping all night long and the toilet would suddenly run very loudly in the middle of the night. The hotel could stand an update as everything is pretty outdated however, the bed was quite comfortable.

The 3pm check in was horrible, they charged $40-$50 for early check in and late checkout, this was borderline criminal. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The TV was on top of the closet in a corner, the windows were dirty to the point you almost didn't need the blinds. Do not recommend will not return.

My wife and I misunderstood the breakfast cut off time. We came down around 10:15. There was an employee at the breakfast counter with a plate of biscuits in front of her. My wife asked her, where are the biscuits? She said breakfast is closed and walked out with her plate. My wife was upset because there was nothing to eat and she needed to take medicine. She and I were the only people in the room. She said loud enough for the employees at the front desk to hear, how ridiculous it was that an employee can get her food after the end time , but a guest can’t. One of the women angrily yelled to her the hotel’s policy with regard to minor employees right to eat. Why wouldn’t she have either asked my wife to come to the desk or better yet, come over to my wife? and even better, perhaps offered to make an exception. My wife ended up apologizing to the girl with the biscuits, but no one apologized to my wife. We had to go out for breakfast. The next morning we came down around 9:00. There were no boiled eggs in the little fridge. I asked the desk if there were any more eggs. One of the women said I don’t think so and made no effort to find out. I’m pretty sure it was the same one that was so rude the day before. All the female employees at the front seem to hate being there. The two men were much nicer. The house keeping staff was very polite when we passed them in the hallway. The bath tub was dirt. Everything else was fine. We stayed there last year as well. Not again.
