The room was clean and the staff were very attentive. The balcony is huge . The gym was pretty average . Breakfast was reasonable, but a bit pricy. Location was terrific. I will definitely return, next year.

The room was old and air conditioner leaked constantly even after getting “fixed” and was not cold. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff were friendly but didn’t understand us very well. I have stayed here off and on for 30 years and unfortunately probably wouldn’t stay again. Needs a total uplift. Also internet was really bad.

Pool is well outdated (as we all know at the hotel the pool is one of the main things we spend time at, apart from the room) , disappointing that there are so many sharp tiles - especially in kid pool - there was so many kids with cuts and not small ones as they were deeply penetrated and when brought to management attention nothing done about it (still there from previous visits) nor was there any medical facilities to help clean the blood and apply antiseptic of some sort. Understand chemists/pharmacies near by but not the point, the basics should be available from hotel.

Enjoyed our time staying here, staff were always friendly but did have an issue with the hot water 🙁 some days it would take a good 10 mins to get warm, other days it would get really hot in 2 mins and a couple of days it stayed cold. House keeping was a bit hit and miss as to getting everything every day but the room was always cleaned and the bed was huge and comfortable

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR SUCH A LUXURY NAME!

Terrible. Toilet was all scratched up with stains all over. The bed itself was so wore out you would sink into the springs themselfs as if there was no padding on the bed and the wifi was not only weak but spotty and would not stay connected more than half the time

Checked into a motel (can’t say it’s either a resort or villa, definitely not a hotel), 10 minutes later, I couldn’t stay there due to the status and cleanliness of the property, I checked out. The music from the pool area is loud, you will get disrupted by the loud music anywhere within the resort. I initially booked a superior room, but i didn’t mind pay extra for an upgrade. Upon inspecting other rooms, the whole property needs a serious work. Photos are vitiatingly misrepresenting what the property actually is. It qualities for a legit fraud. The hotel is relying on its T&C and refusing to refund my money for 3 nights. I took some photos, but the room has very bad lighting, so photos don’t do justice. Avoid this facilities like a plague and now I am fighting for my money.
