Staff were inattentive on arrival left to wander to find our room with no directions. Same at breakfast the next morning, then the key wouldn’t open the door found a member of staff who I thought would assist. He tried to use his pass card, but just walked off and told me to go to reception to sort it out. Not the standard I expected or paid for.

Overall good, problem with staff health

The hotel must do a better job with health safety. Some of the staff were clearly feeling ill during our stay. In fact, one day we decided to eat at the hotel's Mozzarella restaurant. The waiter directly mentioned to us that he was feeling sick that day with a runny nose, while he was serving our food. The waiter was not even wearing a mask! Employees who are not feeling well should not be on duty. Hotel and room conditions were good though.

this was a nice property to stay we had the premier room which had a plunge pool the room was of good size the only issue we had was mozzies coming in through the crack in the ensuite glass door breakfast was good with plenty of choices and the lovely staff make your stay remember your order after 1st day and they make you feel so welcome from check in to check out and everywhere in between will definitely stay again

Disappointing that I can’t have a massage in my room by my choice of massage person. Stopped at the entrance. Upgraded to a noisy room at the front and heard beeping and traffic all night and day. Tv only had abc and warner bros channels in English. Breakfast is good, but had to chase up my egg order, because they forgot. Coffee is good.

Excellent hotel stayed there a few times now only criticism is don't expect to get into your room before 3pm no exception vip or not five minutes early still won't get your key even when you can see it on the reception desk. Late checkout is hard to get aswell maybe an hour but any longer and you need to pay but overall nice stay

The staff were all very attentive and I enjoyed the buy one get one free all day happy hour. The rooms were spacious, private, and quiet. The breakfast was good and the on site restaurant contained a mixture of local cuisines and common dishes found anywhere in the world which was really nice to have when I wanted to hang around the hotel some.

I know the 3.00pm room availability is stated but most of the day has gone and the room prices are not low the side we were on across the road they are building another hotel and they were working 24/7 very hard to sleep at 3.00 am in the morning. The hotel went out of their way to relocate us to the other side of the building.IT did rain every day and in the end the water was leaking down the wall next to the toilet where they stored the toilet paper that got wet then it started to leak in the ceiling of the shower that started to bubble. Over all a nice hotel excellent staff that were very pleasant and helpful would recommend
