I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The girl at check in was so pleasant and we arrived early due to the storm and she was able to get us our room right away. The room itself was very lovely and spacious. The amenities were top notch!! Bed was very comfortable as well as there was two different kinds of pillows, soft and firm. The topper for the whole stay was the atrium where the pool and hot tub were. What an absolute joy it was to sit in the hot tub in that tropical jungle!! Went around with my app and figured out what all the plants and trees were. Very wonderful staff. Wonderful stay.

The young lady that checked me in was so kind and welcoming. I have not stayed there in years but she made me feel like I was an old friend. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the amenities available on site were top notch. I will be staying here from now on.

The room was not the cleanest. I had to give the hot tub a quick clean before using. The couch had a stain on it. The overall condition of the room was ok but you can definitely see the wear and tear setting in. The hot tub jets were way too powerful and it just shot water all over the room including the bed.

Nice room, clean and tidy. All though the remote was covered in mildew. To add the room service went to open the door when do not disturb was up. Outside of that it was a nice stay disregarding the noise coming from kids running around
