Rooms need updated. Shower floor was dirty, like it has been cleaned but years of dirty feet showed. Also , not the hotels problem but I had googled closest hotels to St Joseph Hospital and hotels.com popped up and I assumed when i booked this hotel, it was within like 2.5 miles from hospital and it wasn't. So hotels.com needs to step of they're internet advertising.

Have stayed here many times. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, shuttle available to Keeneland, good breakfast, in a good area for walking, lots of food options. Always my choice of hotels in Lexington m, Ky.

My flight arrived a little after 9:00 so I couldn’t get picked. Front desk person seemed to care less, didn’t acknowledge my level and didn’t off my choice of s gift. The next morning my ride to the airport was late. I wasn’t impressed.

Although I got tied up in traffic and had to be at the LEX airport the next morning at 4:30am and was only at the hotel for an hour and 15 minutes for my stay - it was a most pleasant experience. The guy at the front desk was amazing, the room was awesome, and I was at least able to have hot tea the next morning before my Uber rude arrived. If I have to stay in Lexington again, it will be at this hotel.

The staff was so kind and helpful! The hotel was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing that we would suggest would be extend breakfast hours to 9:30 or 10.
