Cool vibe! Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Great location for us as the hotel is right in the middle of USC campus.

The “refreshed” rooms have poorly installed shower doors. They were literally falling off their brackets. A true hazard as they are glass. Reported to front and they moved us to another “refreshed” room where those shower doors were also not hung properly but not as dangerous as the first room.

This place was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was good with a different menu each morning. Well lit parking lot with lots of lighting.

Great service and clean rooms

They must have paid a fortune for the staged photos of this hotel. Only one close photo is the main lobby. everything else was terrible. The room you could tell was broken into at one point and all they did was paint over the door frame. they bathroom had a broken shower curtain rod, bathtub drain out of place, and no fan. The window was only held together with what looked like sunshade film and leaked into the room as it tapped onto the AC. The sounds that came out of the bathroom each night sounded like an airplane taking off, which I could only figure to be when another room would use their sink, shower, or toliet... Terrible hotel.
