My recent stay at the Lantern Hotel in Columbus, South Carolina was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the manager and his team made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness and professionalism set the tone for the entire experience. What makes this hotel even more special is the heart behind it. The owner built the Lantern as an inspiration to his daughter, who has a slight disability, and created a place where young women and men can learn, grow, and work with dignity. If they can sort out the parking situation, this hotel would be idea. I don’t understand why we have to pay to park in their DEDICATED parking LOT (not garage). Other than that, very clean, the food and beverages from the bar was great and staff is friendly.

The rooms were very clean with all about and put together also the staff was very polite to me and my family and the breakfast bar looked it fabulous the only thing that I wasn't pleased about is that they did not have complimentary breakfast that you didn't have to pay for wasn't included in this day but other than that it was wonderful
