Rooms were recently (2019?) renovated and are well-appointed and clean. Lobby was nice and hotel is situated on a great beach with snorkeling and boogie boarding available. Outdoor Tiki Bar was nice and afforded great views…however, both pools were extremely small and not inviting. Hilton would be well-served by demolishing the huts and putting in a tower and a resort-style pool.

Overall good stay. Room was comfortable, pools were good and view was beautiful. Could use some updating. The restaurants were disappointing, dinner menu in main area was pizza and salad every night, the other was a tiki bar, pub menu. Also, no shuttle service and the walk to nearest restaurant and shopping was over 1 1/2 miles. Ok for younger folks, not great for us old folks. We ended up renting a car for a few days.

It’s not in the main area of town so walking is not recommended when going to get food it’s off the highway and about 1/2 mile walk with no sidewalk or pathway. It has a break beach and kids beach that the have built a wave break walls so you can snorkel and swim in the ocean without the waves beating on you. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The best time to snorkel the area is at sunrise and then again around 1pm.
