Beautiful location but very tired. Great location just outside of Bath but the hotel is very dated and needs a refurb. Rooms are clean but dark wood furniture and bathroom facilities definitely need an update. Breakfast was average in a very old fashioned dining area and buffer layout was amateurish compared with modern hotels. That said, lovely location and great pub at the bottom of the driveway!

Signature Suite, 1 Double Bed. The HVAC unit was too loud snd noisy, so we were moved to a cornrr suite on 8th floor. The HVAC there was ok -- noisy at times but tolerable. Everything else about the property was excellent, including the breakfasts, wifi, and club lounge. They could learn more about "quiet" from the Premier Inn chain though.

Great location, clean but small rooms.

Bar food not good and Sauvignon blanc at £12 for 175 ml a very high price. Lounge area low tables, loudish musac, and chairs very heavy to move closer together. Bed comfortable but standard room small with loud old aircon.

We had a large room with Kingsize bed, large bathroom and all the amenities we needed. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was very comfortable and we had a good resting sleep. The breakfast Buffet was offering classic English breakfast and a huge variety of cereals and vegetarian options. Staff was very kind and reacted to all our questions with kindness and expertise.
