The service was less than I expected for a water resort hotel. For example, there’s no readily available drinking water—only two bottled waters are placed in the room, and you need to request replacements daily. Similarly, towels and robes are not refreshed unless specifically asked for, which feels inconvenient in a resort setting where water activities are the focus. It’s easy to forget to ask for simple things like fresh cups or extra water.
A small improvement, such as adding a water refill station in the reception or main lounge areas, would make the experience more comfortable and sustainable. Overall, the facilities were fine, but the lack of proactive service and basic amenities brought the experience down.
