Very friendly at check-in. Our first room had a very strong smell like the carpet had been shampooed and when I asked to move, I was immediately accommodated to a room on the same floor, which was just fine. The property is a bit dated, but the bed was absolutely wonderful and comfortable.

The bathroom sink was broken - the plunger wouldn’t raise. Shower curtain wouldn’t seal. Room was spartan- carpet dirty. Breakfast was subpar. - the Best Western Stoneridge was much nicer and in better repair all around and will probably not book here again.

Swimming pool emergency door is opened. There is too cold to swim inside. Also, too many kids play in the corridor at late night and people speak too loud, can’t sleep. In the early morning around 7am, kids play in the corridor and hit our room door very hard and loud. Woke us up suddenly. We don’t have a good sleep. Hope the management pay some attention to these matters. Thank you.

We booked two rooms for our most recent stay at this hotel, which is our "go to" when we're in London. The staff were very courteous, house cleaning was fine, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. We were also able to get early check-in for one of the rooms which was really helpful given that we had a mid-afternoon funeral visitation on the first day of our stay. No complaints!

Our room was very nice, but after 4 hours of loud music, partying in the hall and loud late arrivals (10:00 pm 'til 2:00 am) we got very little sleep. Also, our hotel phone was dead so we could not report the problem to the front desk. This hotel is likely very popular with teams. We do not recommend it.

Room was clean and spacious, got free hot breakfast vouchers, only thing worth noting is there is only 1 elevator so you may have to walk a bit to get from your car/lobby to your room
