The hotel is overall fair value; breakfast was a good buffet with a variety of choices. Stafa are friendly and helpful.

On our second day, while using the hair dryer, electric power was cut off. The wash room and part of the room have no lights. I was not able to use the hair dryer. It was so inconvenient to us. When I called the receptionist, it took them so long to resolve the problem. The receptionist a Punjabi guy seemed did not care because his response was cold and I was not even receptive. How frustrating.
