Hotel was lovely and our room had been updated, but they should have updated the carpet too. It was old, brown and wrinkled in places. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the pool and hot tub area.

The room felt extremely dated and in need of a refresh. One of the bathroom lights was out, making the bathtub area quite dark—especially with the door open, which we needed to do while managing a little one. The grout around the tub and bathroom floor looked dirty and unappealing, which didn’t give a great first impression. The carpet also needed more thorough cleaning. With the lights on, it was easy to see leftover items from previous guests, like hair ties, which made the room feel less clean than it should be. That said, the pool was a nice feature and a bright spot during our stay. It was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated having that space to relax. With some basic maintenance and improved cleaning in the rooms, this could be a much better experience overall.

Our stay was amazing. It was clean, everyone was friendly, the hotel pool/slide was great! Surprised that there isn't a stronger chemical smell throughout the building. The lifeguards are constantly checking state of the water. I would for sure stay there again.
