Hotel is nice but TV was glitchy, phone didn’t work so I could not order room service and the back door was broken (couldn’t get out!). The door was a problem as I was travelling with someone coming from the hospital so we really needed the convenience and discretion of the back door.

Booking through Hotels. com or Expedia

Check in was normal except they did not advise of the fact there was no wifi nor TV service in the room. Upon asking the desk about this they advised they were aware if this and are working in fixing the problem expecting to be up in the next hour. After 2 hours still no service (WIFI or TV). Discussion with front desk and manager they confirmed the problem was still unresolved and jot sure when it would be fixed. As i needed WIFI for work purposes I could not stay at this facility overnight and requested a refund. The manager’s response was very unhelpful saying that as i had booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) I would have to get the refund from them.

Great parking. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are updated. Bathrooms are oddly small (small tub, small toilet) Pool is fun but super busy on a weekend. Some parents don't watch their kids so I always had to be 1 foot from my kiddo so someone didn't jump on their head. If I were to go back it would be during the week. In room 373, north section, our lock on the balcony didn't work. The screws in the lock were rusted. We ended up using chairs from the patio to ensure neighbours couldn't hop onto our balcony and enter. The air/heat was loud and came on frequently. It was actually kind of disruptive for sleeping if you are a light sleeper. Great hotel for kids fun. Not so much for adult fun.

The room was vary clean. And we had a nice room and a patio. We always come here when having an early morning hospital appointment. Kids love it and lits to do. We will always come here when stayi g in London.

We had a family suite for 2 adult 3 children. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome. The only complaint we have is that the water pressure in our shower was nonexistent. Especially after swimming in the pool, the need to take a nice hot shower had us wanting a better shower setup. The area was safe and plenty of stores within a 5 minute drive, but the road was under heavy construction, which was annoying (not the hotel's fault obviously).

Our family including 2 kids had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was ready before the 4 pm check in time, staff were friendly and check in was easy, the room was spacious and modern, the hotel was extremely clean and the kids LOVED the pool and water slide. We also enjoyed breakfast at Shelly’s complete with a robot delivering the food! Great stay, we will be back.

We enjoyed one night at this hotel, it was a nice break for the children and we got to explore London! The check-in could have been a bit more informative, the tables around the pool also could have been better cleaned. The room was fantastic, the bed and pillow super comfortable. I really love the room with a separate area for the kids. The air conditioning was by far the loudest I’ve ever heard in a hotel room and kept us from a good nights sleep, unfortunately! So a bit of a mixed review, but a unique hotel for a nice getaway with the family.
