This hotel is the perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at the Canada Life Place. The hotel has many dining options in easy walking distance. The parking garage is just across the street. The hotel rooms and staff were very nice. We had a great stay.

Unique hotel and huge room. But did not like the fact that the windows overlooked a courtyard at eye level. We were only there for 1 night but I wouldn’t want to stay longer. London Ontario was like a bit of a ghost town so would not have wandered in the town.

I think that the property couldn’t do anything about the transient hanging around. I felt safe inside the building, but not outside as there were transients close by and did not feel comfortable.

We stayed two night here the first night we noticed a small burn hole in one of the blankets. We spoke to the night staff person an told them about it. On check a out they accused myself an my wife of burning a hole in the blanket. She doesn't smoke she vapes. myself I am allergic to smoke. We tried emailing the manger twice an nothing back. One last thing is I must have step on butts outside an throw it in the trash. For doing those things we lost out on our deposit so be careful

AC broken, uncomfortable pillows

AC in the room was broken, they did not offer to put me in a seperate room only provided a fan which was better than nothing. Pillows where the most uncomfortable , they did provide better ones after i asked. No extra dead bolt on the door which i believe they should have one. Ask service desk to get a discount, and they said they will pass the msg tonthe manager. I have yet to hear anything.

Not from London so was not familiar with the area. Quaint hotel, entrance is not senior friendly walker strollers etc. yes there is half thought of ramp for dragging a suit case up instead of carrying it the first few steps upon entrance. Clearly it was an afterthought. Keyless check in proved to be more difficult then letting an actual person book you in.. and actual person is always way better. Rooms were nice clean comfortable how ever the pillows looked great but you could not rest your head on them as they were like tree trunks. Not very comfortable at all.
